クロージングは「買いますと言ってもらう」「契約書にサインしてもらう」などの相手からの最終的な購入の意思表示です。これを「聞くのが怖い」という営業マンがとても多いです。
しかし簡単な魔法の言葉があります。
それは「どこか使えそうな案件はありますか？」です。

「使ってもらえませんか？」とか「お買い上げいただけますか？」という言葉は怖くて言い出せない営業マンもこれなら言えますね？
「どこか使えそうな案件はありますか？」と言う言葉を聞くと、その商材について「まだ疑心暗鬼・使えるかどうかわからない」と悩んでいる人でも「困っている事」はあるので（営業マンには正直に話しませんが・・・）『あの案件にはどうだろう、使えるかな？』と頭の中でシミュレーションをしてくれるのです。

すると『案外使えるじゃないか』と使い勝手を想像してくれるので、表情に出ます。そうなるともう後は簡単です。
「ありそうですね？」
と聞き出し、その様子を口にしてもらいます。
そうすれば「いつ頃持って来れる？」など先方から口にします。

＜同志社大学の出題傾向＞

800語前後と600語前後の読解問題2題と、会話文1題が出題される。設問には英作文も含まれる。
関関同立・MARCHの英語としては標準レベル、そのため高得点が求められる。
　
設問自体は平易で素直なものが多い。読解重視であるが、長文内に基本的な文法問題も入るため、基礎的な文法知識は必要。
本文設問に多義語が多く使われ、出題量として多い。読解問題では内容一致問題が多い。
読解では英文和訳が出題され、配点も20点と高い。パラグラフリーディングをしっかい行い、文脈に即したものにしないと得点は難しい。
会話文問題も読解同様、パラグラフリーディングが要求される。
最後の英作文は基本レベルであるが、まず問題文の日本語を易しい日本語に変換した後に英語に直すのが良い。
出題内容が毎年ほぼ固定的なので、同志社が第一志望なら過去問は10年分は解いておこう。

以下に大まかな出題傾向について記述します。

①英語

同志社大学の英語の難易度（ランク）が総合で７になる。
具体的には、制限時間６で問題量は標準的、MARCH・関関同立では易しい分類、英文読解８で、語彙７、英訳・和訳６です。
